I am thrilled you have decided to join us for the ultimate REFRESH couple’s retreat! Get ready to live in luxury together for a weekend at La Palmilla. This boutique resort has both individual king accommodations and king accommodations in casitas with shared living areas and kitchen. All individual rooms have private bathrooms, coffee maker and mini fridge.
The investment per couple is $1799 which includes two nights stay at La Palmilla, four meals, five workshop sessions and yoga. To register, please click on the registration link or send your non-refundable payment via Venmo to @mendcounseling. Once payment is received, you will receive a welcome email within 48 hours with more information. • Dinner Saturday (you have the option for a date night in town or pick up dinner to bring back for a night in)

FAQs
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for newlywed through seasoned couples with or without children looking to reconnect in an intentional and meaningful way in a intimate and relaxing environment.
What if I need to arrive late?
Totally fine! We realize that everyone may not be able to come at check in due to childcare, traffic, etc. No worries! Come when you can! We just ask that you let us know if you will be late so we can make arrangements.
Are there refunds?
There are NO refunds once payment is received. We have reserved a limited amount of rooms and prepaid ahead of time. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I just stay one night?
You can stay only one night, however, the price will remain the same regardless. We have reserved the hotel for both nights. The content during the retreat builds on itself to finish with a practical marriage plan.
Are the sessions mandatory?
No, the sessions are not mandatory. We want each of our guests to take what they need from this weekend in order to leave feeling refreshed and confident.
I’m nervous to open up in front of other couples. Will I be made to share?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone! This is a coaching retreat for couples, not a counseling session. Most of the work will be with your spouse, and you can share as much as you feel comfortable to within the larger group. You will find comfort in knowing that what other couples face are likely similar to yours and will help give you perspective. Still concerned?
